About a week back, there was this very interesting conversation happening on twitter about love and marriage. What is Love? Should we go the arranged marriage way or do you believe in love marriage? These were some of the questions that emerged out of the conversation.
Online Friendship! The term ‘online friendship’ is a very lovable and hated word as well. There is a huge void which has been created between offline friends and online Friends. Is there any difference? Lets analyze. The chat phenomena started with the advent of ICQ, IRC and various chat rooms like rediff, yahoo etc! Thousands of people used to visit these chat rooms looking to make friends! In the world there is a good and a bad and so does the technology. This became the avenue for despos and perverts.
Read this piece on Narasimha Rao! It makes me wonder! Did he deserve the treatment meted out to him by congress?…..Was he alone responsible for the Babri Masjid demolition and not the congress think tank! Did he deserve this kind of humiliation? Was he made the scapegoat of the congress party? Will all those who have been accused will face the same humliliation? I wonder?
Woah! It feels good to be back blogging! It was not that I wasn’t blogging, but blogging on a personal blog is completely different. Thanks to Solilo, Indian Homemaker and Indy who have been constantly egging me to blog and have promised me that they will comment :D. Its been a rollicking year so far and never realized how each day just flies away.
Four years ago, God took away my beloved Grandpa. One
question that has always bothered me after that is why does God take
away the good persons from this earth. As I had written in my earlier
post. He was the best grandpa anyone could have asked for.
A very sad incident happened today while traveling to my workplace! The train reached Vashi station and was full to the core as usual!! People were getting ready to board the train and among them stood a man who had to reach his destination very early
It is generally said that whatever we do on the First day of the year, It sets the trend for the rest of the year! So this is what i plan to do besides other things, that is BLOGGING.
It also gives me an opportunity to look back at the year gone by and analyze about the things which could have gone either way. Generally 2008 was a good year for me. The First half of the year was the same as it had been for the past 4 years. The Second half being an exciting one. Among the most happiest moments in the second half, My brother getting married would be at the top and i would say i am very lucky to get such a wonderful Bhabhi. He is one of the most important persons in my life. The Second happiest Moment would be laying my hands on my engineering degree after a long wait. More than being happy, it was more of a relief to finally end my engineering studies! The Third most happiest moment would be my First Day of work! As i have earlier said, it means a lot to me!
The things i look forward to in the coming year are, Success in my profession and Success for our company! My Brother’s marriage is the thing i look forward to in the month of january. Hopefully start saving. Drive a New 4 wheeler, specifically Honda JAZZ. This is the car which i have been eagerly waiting for the last 1 year. I still remember,In the end of 2007 there was an Auto Expo at BKC. I had specifically asked them about Honda Jazz as the rumours about the car had started surfacing.
I end my First Post of 2009 here and hope to achieve what i intend to.
After ‘The Last Week Of November’. Life has become a routine of sorts. A Timetable has been set to be followed. Among the tasks in the timetable is catching the 8:01 Local from Panvel to alight at Kurla and from there catch a train to Ghatkopar where my workplace is located. As the journey time is about 50 minutes, use this time to tweet and read many interesting blogs where i need to mention about Gauravonomics. His tweets are the one which i look out for often as it has some very interesting articles.
‘The Last Week of November’ apart from Mumbai Blasts has also bought about a change in my life. I have been waiting for this change for the past 3 months I should say. The Last Week of November has provided me with a New Aim in life. All this while till ‘The Last Week of November’ my life had been the same wherein nothing exciting was happening and i was just waiting for the day to get over. Now the difference is that I wait to get home and make use of the time I have with my family.
